Now Hiring - Outside Sales Representative in Marble Falls, TX

Victory Media Marketing, a marketing and news organization, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Sales Representatives are responsible for selling advertising in our magazines and radio station, our online platforms, and work with businesses to offer them marketing services.

Responsibilities Include: Managing provided leads; proactively prospecting and qualifying potential new advertising accounts; identifying business opportunities and working with decision makers to obtain customer commitment; and achieving weekly revenue targets.

Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences.

Ideal candidate will posses 2-4+ years experience in local/retail advertising outside sales. Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as with a team; and be able to resolve client issues. This is a full-time job where some evenings end at a networking event.

Opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, fun, and opportunity-based environment. The outside sales role offers training pay, and primarily commission earnings. Primary duties include helping clients and prospecting for new business through face-to-face meetings. Successful candidates will be comfortable spending a large portion of time outside of the office and traveling nearby to meet with clients.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
